Are you associated with the commercial "PC Backup" software sold to consumers?

No, the software package called "PC Backup" for performing periodic automated backup of a computer system was not developed or sold by us. From the number of times we receive phone calls or emails with regard to that software, it appears that the original provider is no longer providing customer support for it.
