PC Backup began in the mid-90's, providing computer support and help to my friends and family members. It grew solely by word-of-mouth, and it was officially formed as a business in January of 2000. I provided IT-related services to a loyal and growing group of home, small-office, and corporate customers through the years. I operated the business in my evenings and on weekends because I had a full-time job at the time. However, in June 2007, PC Backup became a full-time endeavor when I retired from my long-time employer to focus on my own business.
