Remote Monitoring and Management Now Available

| PC Backup now has a Remote Monitoring and Management tool available to our clients on a subscription basis.
Leveraging the extensive capabilities of GFIMax, we now have the ability to install a small agent application on the client's computer, which then monitors the computer on a regular basis for significant issues. In addition to providing up-front identification of potential problems, it can also provide us with the ability to remotely access the client's computer to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
This capability is available to any of our clients at an extremely affordable yearly subscription fee, and allows us to respond to client problems in a more timely manner. In addition, an advanced antivirus monitoring and reporting component is also available for an additional subscription fee, which is more affordable than the cost of the major antivirus solutions available to users.
